Who am I?
- I am
currently a PhD candidate in the SPIRAL team at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, USA. My research interests are compilers, high
performance scientific computing, parrallelism and automatic code
generation. The title of my thesis is "On the Computer Generation of
Adaptive Numerical Libraries" and i except to graduate somewhere late
2009.
- I finished both my bachelor and master in Computer Science at the Ecole
Polytechnique in France, Palaiseau (South of Paris).
- I like computers and challenges and I'm pretty fond of the ACM-ICPC
Challenge, an against - the - clock - and - the - other - teams
programming challenge. If you are interested, I've writen a page with some advices and the
explanations of some problems of the
Universidad de Valladolid Online-Judge.
- I also practice some
sports, especially rock bouldering and hanggliding.
- I try to practise some magic tricks like the Torn & Restored Newspaper (18Mb,
DivX).
- Like a lot of
people, I love Japan and the japanese culture. I also lived and worked there a couple of months.
- I do some piano (Yann Tiersen & Yanni) and try some
guitar (Oasis & The Cranberries).
